Barkat Al Shams ("we", "us" or "our") is operated by BARKAT AL SHAMS RESTAURANT L.L.C, trade licence number 1090908, at Shop D33, Wasl District, after Hyatt Place Hotel, Fish Roundabout, Al Maktoum Hospital Road, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information we process through Barakat Al Shams and our related online ordering and delivery services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can contact us about your privacy.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

- Restaurant personnel involved in preparation, fulfilment and customer support.
- Delivery personnel or delivery partners, who receive the contact, address and order details needed to complete delivery.

- Professional advisers, public authorities or other parties where disclosure is legally required or necessary to handle a lawful claim.
We require service providers handling information on our behalf to use appropriate protections and process it only for authorised purposes. Providers acting independently may have their own privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information.
